Went to this place with my new ram 1500 after some of the windshield window tinting had been pulled off by a sticker from the dealer. They got me in, same day, removed all of the window tint without any marks, smudges, or scratches. Replaced the tint with a beautiful dark brow and charged me a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend anyone who has tinting needs, particularly if you’re looking for an honest business with great expertise.

Excellent service and installation. This was my first window tinting done primarily to minimize UV exposure. Eric & Sandy did a great job explaining the pros/cons of each option. I was most impressed by Eric’s concern about my car’s aesthetics. I would highly recommend their services.

These guys are professionals. great service, and the quality and warranty that come with the tint is bar none. you can't get better than a life-time warranty. Have a 2019 RAM and got my front 2 windows tinted to match the back 2 factory privacy windows. matched perfectly. in and out in 25-30. felt like 10.

Called up Firehouse on a Wednesday afternoon and even though they didn’t have any free openings the rest of the week they still told me to drop off my truck on Friday morning and they’d fit it in their schedule throughout the day. We went over the price and options and it was as easy that! The windows look fantastic and I’m thankful I went with the ceramic tint! These guys are great!

The owner sent a free, detailed quote for my car and the price stayed the same at the store. He didn't push any products on me and my appointment took less than an hour. My interior stayed clean and the tint dried quickly (with help from springtime in Florida) without bubbles. I also really appreciated the military discount!Overall, the business is transparent, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend trusting them with your vehicle.

I was looking to get my car's windows tinted and was overwhelmed by the sheer number of Tinting companies in Jacksonville. Firehouse was suggested to me by some coworkers, so I gave them a shot to do my full car. After getting everything done, I am completely satisfied with Firehouse, from their quick, quality work to their extremely friendly employees. They know their products well and the price is very fair for everything they do. I've already suggested Firehouse to family and friends and will continue to use them for any of my personal tinting needs.

Have used this company to tint my office windows, twice due to breakage, a couple of my company trucks and my wife’s personal vehicle with zero issues with workmanship, quality, or price. A little scheduling snafu, minor, with a company that is growing for obvious reasons. The owner promptly apologized, remedied the situation. And thru my misunderstanding asked for a different technician. The owner/manager promptly told me the technician was the best for our need, and in fact he was. Tony is the commercial glass tech. If you ever need commercial glass large plate glass type, ask for him. If you have a misunderstanding, and I wear hearing aids and often do, ask for Kyle. He will fix it. A. Quality B. Integrity C. Fair pricing. I’d say I’d recommend them highly. And I have 2 more trucks to have windows done I’ll be making appointment for next week. I don’t know the automotive guys names. But they are great too!

A previous tint job, which came with my CUV, was starting to warp and I wanted an overall "refreshed" look. Firehouse not only performed a stellar job; but, I can literally feel the difference in the coolness of the vehicle while it's been sitting in the parking lot for several hours. I'm glad I had the chance to work with this fantastic team and I'm looking forward to the next opportunity to work with them.

What a great experience. Kyle was awesome at explaining all the options, warranty, and maintenance. Total time was about an hour and 30 mintues and it looked great! Will definitely take all my vehicles here in the future.

I recently had my windows tinted on my 2019 mustang. This place rocks let me just tell you! The team here at firehouse gives you a ton of options, and is very helpful on making a decision for tint. They were extremely quick and did an amazing job, I have had no issues with the great job they did! Definitely would go back and recommend my friends to go here!

These guys are great! I was told about them in 2013 when I bought a truck. I have recommended them to everyone that asks about finding someone to tint their car. I’m on my 3rd truck since ‘13. I have taken my wife’s car, my Dad’s car, and a couple we know had both of their cars done here. Kyle and the boys are standup guys. Firehouse Window Tint truly shows they care about their customers. I instantly felt like I was part of their family and that my car and any concerns I had were taken care of. This place has the best customer service and prices hands down. They replaced the tint on our beloved Corvette quickly and professionally. Found these guys online and chose them due to these reviews! I am VERY glad I went with them!Got a quick education in window tent styles/percentages/ and they were helpful the entire time. Done in less than two hours for a super crew F150 windshield included. No bubbling or anything! Highly recommend you use Firehouse window tint if you want the job done right the first time!

Unprofessional customer service. As a US Naval Submarine Vet, I do not recommend this place. The employee did not offer to set an appointment or give a price, just looked me and my car and said tinting it was too difficult and "not worth the money." Their response shows a nonchalant attitude. And saying, "Have a great weekend" at the end of a sarcastic remark does not qualify as good customer service. Google gets one star for recommending this place.

Now only does FWT do an excellent job with window tinting, they will work with you and your schedule to get the job done. The waiting area is cool and clean. Every employee I encountered was friendly and polite. I recommend them for any tinting needs and have used them for two vehicles over the past few years - 5 stars all the way around!

I am one of those people that does not write very many reviews except when its an exceptional place. I have had every car I've owned tinted but I have to say Firehouse Window Tint is the best place I've ever been . They are very professional and informative on the tint that they are using on your car. Their office is so clean and they are really nice guys. They do a quick but great job on your tint. Tinting your windows makes a huge difference with this heat. They are also very honest people and I trust them. I highly highly recommend them for any tint job . Thank you Kyle, Ryan and Tony for making the experience so easy and for doing a great job . I recommend everyone to get tint on their windows and this is the best place in town with the best prices. I will definitely be coming back !

Just got my Ford Transit Connect tinted and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Staff was super knowledgeable and helped me choose a product that is well suited for my needs without breaking the bank. Also, the lifetime warranty for the ceramic film is awesome.

Back in February, I had an awesome and very high end window tint done to my liking and I will be using them again on my second car (this weekend I think) and look forward to it. Highly recommend them. Oh and TRUE lifetime warranties are cool too and yes they have that with any/all options they offer.

Been searching for good place to do my tinting, , came across this place on google. Called yesterday and got an appointment this morning, the front desk is very helpful. I got the ceramic tint. I’m very happy with the result. Took about 1 hour and 15 mins, I got the recommended darkness and I love it, I’m glad I didn’t went too dark. Can’t wait to bring my other car in so they can work on that one. Over all 5/5

Vehicle Done:2018 Chevy Malibu LTPrice $199.00 pre tax, came with lifetime nation wide warranty.Called for price and they were able to get me in and out on the same day with no appointment, not sure if this is typical of this company or not as it is my first visit with them. SUPER nice staff, Tint came out looking great!! Will recommend and will be going back here in the future.Update: So after 2 days have noticed zero defects or issues. Showed friend of mine that was interested in getting his new vehicle tinted, he was impressed with price and job I also recommended this place.Update 6/22/19 more than month after tint was applied. Tint still looks awesome, no issues...no bubbling, no specks, no raised areas on tint. Tint on back window around rear defrost looks excellent (was issue at a previous tint place I went to) no raising or bubbling and rear defrost still works perfect. Can't say enough about this place, excellent job will go here again and recommend to friends.

I recommend this place as the only place to go for tint, hands down. They have worked on my car on 2 separate occasions when my preferences changed and have done a fantastic job both times. I have previously worked with another tint place but communication and quality was much better here. I must say that Patrick was extremely helpful when I was initially indecisive about the tint level I wanted while also being patient. What you can see in the pictures attached is the final product from multiple angles on a sunny day. All windows have the maximum legal limit. I also attached interior, as well as exterior, shots with windows up and windows down to show you the privacy factor that is provided versus clear windows(same as windows down). The inside shot with windows up gives you a small look into the light blocking from the inside. While it sometimes looks very dark from the outside, I can always see clearly out of all of my windows during both day and night time driving. While I highly enjoy the privacy factor, I also got the highest quality tint they have (ceramic) and it is extremely worth the heat and UV protection it provides. I don't have to worry about the interior of my car ever again in regard to cracking or warping from the florida heat and UV rays. I would recommend this tint shop 10/10 times.Lastly, they stand by their name of firehouse tint by providing discounts to specific populations including nurses and firemen. I don't know the rest of the populations that get discounts but I enjoy supporting businesses who support our local servicemen and women.

I just got my car tinted this week and was very pleased with both the work done and the customer service. They helped me pick the right option for my car and lifestyle and didn’t just push the most expensive option. They listened and advised and then set an appointment for me to get the work done. It was an easy process and I am very pleased with the job they did. The car is so much cooler after sitting in the sun now that I have the tint! I will definitely be recommending them to others and taking future cars there.

So. Here is the deal. If you don’t want to have an awesome car or truck, that pretty much has women throwing themselves at you, then you need to look elsewhere. They took my basic F250, and turned it into a truck that other trucks cower down to. Pretty much the best investment I have made for my truck. Excellent work! The tint keeps my truck cooler, and more comfortable all year long. Great work from great guys!

I had a Honda CRZ hybrid done here more than 6 years ago. It has strange shaped windows. It still looks like new. Impressive service, and quality, especially for the price. I have a Tesla Model 3 that will will arrive in the next month. This will be the best car I have ever owned, and would not trust it to anyone but these guys. Seriously good quality. "Update" they performed the window tint on the Tesla Model 3 side windows...and we get compliments all the time". All of our cars will go here in the future.

What a great experience, I don’t know where to begin, first this place is AWESOME!!! I have had three vehicles tinted here, each time I have received the most prompt and professional service I have received from any vehicle servicing company in the area. As a US Navy service member, I recommend this place to everyone new to area. As I was preparing to PCS across the country to Washington state, I bought a new vehicle and my first stop was Firehouse tint. They quickly fit me into their schedule to support my drive as I was PCSing (moving for non military). When I arrived to their shop, they were waiting and ready to conduct business as they understood my need, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I mean this, when I buy my new vehicle, I will bring my vehicle back to them because of the service. You can’t beat it. Warranty, service, and professionalism all day long. These guys are the nicest, most genuine people you will ever have the pleasure of dealing with. Quality service in a timely manner. I had a small bubble issue on one window they tinted THREE YEARS AGO. Made an appointment to have it replaced and they fixed it totally free of charge and with a smile on their face. I was totally willing and expecting to pay so it caught me off guard when he told me it was free. I tried to tip and he just told me “No thank you, ma’am - just do something nice for someone else.” Thanks for being a bright spot in my day and a respectable business.
